What helped you recover from mental illness?
Was it a good friend? A supportive family member? Your pet? A special spot to connect
with nature? A replenishing yoga class? What helped ease your mind when you were
faced with a mental health challenge? Tell us—with your camera.
Pacific Blue Cross and the Canadian Mental Health Association’s (CMHA) BC Division
are calling on people across BC to capture the people, places, animals and activities
that have made a difference in their recovery from mental illness—mental illnesses
like depression, bipolar disorder, an anxiety or eating disorder and schizophrenia.
